Hi hello this is Rachel, we welcome you in our English speaking home in Vancouver. I offer comfortable homestay of a high standard in my brand new house.

I am proud to share my brand new home to you, From $ 750/month ,with 3 meals .OR

 Roomstay $        with flexibility  inregards to choice of meals included or not. 

I have prepared a fully furnished comfortable room, with a 2 person occupancy bathroom-shower( male to male bathroom occupancy).
among the rest a high speed wireless internet, local cable TV and local phone lines are included, any special request can be accomodated.

our neighborhood is quite ,safe and  1 block away from a park and community center, 

You will have a 1 zone bus fare , that will take you 30 min. from home to downtown vancouver at Main street skytrain, 

the frequency of the bus comes every 7 min. during weekdays/weekends  and every 10 min. on evenings ( weekends)

Our family loves to include students on local day trips if you choose to come, site-seeing during summertime is loved by our friendly family. I have 2 kids ages 10, 14 years old who loves to interacts with their visitors and treat you as family.

I can pick you up in airport, with fee of $50.

Pls let me know for any additional information you need, You need to make a reservation ( free, no charge), at least 1-2 months ahead of your departure date, so I can hold the room for you,

3 min( Bus) from home to surrey skytrain( surrey central is surrey's city center with lots of restaurants, shops, retail stores , groceries, major banks Hospitals, commercial stores, cinemas and 30 minutes by car to the Twassen ferry terminal, 20 minutes to Vancouver Airport,1 hour to Abbotsford airport and a gateway to many world class gardens, sceneries attractions and Historic places.

35 minutes from Surrey skytrain to downtown vancouver at Granville, Burrard, waterfront station.

TOTAL transportation time: 38 min to reach downtown vancouver
